プライバシーポリシー アプリ名: ひらっしーのPhysical Club Dojo 運営者: Physical Club（ひらっしー） お問い合わせ: hirashima0126@hotmail.com 最終更新: 2026年8月 1. はじめに 本アプリ「ひらっしーのPhysical Club Dojo」（以下「本アプリ」）は、身体診察を学ぶための教育アプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリが取り扱う情報とその目的を説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録やログインなしでお使いいただけます。複数の端末で学習記録を引き継ぎたい場合にかぎり、メールアドレスによる任意のアカウント連携（学習記録の同期）をご利用いただけます。連携するかどうかはご自身で選べ、連携しない限りアカウントは作られません。 2. 取得・保存する情報 ・端末内にのみ保存（外部に送信しません） 　・お名前（ニックネーム）、学習設定、進捗・経験値・連続記録などの学習状態。 　・ブックマーク（栞）と復習スケジュール（次にどの所見を復習するかの予定）。 　・これらはお使いの端末内にのみ保存され、サーバーには送信されません。アプリを削除すると消去されます。 ・サーバーに送信される情報（匿名） 　・学習の記録：サービス改善に必要な学習機能の利用状況を匿名で記録します。クイズや症例学習の開始・完了、学習コンテンツの利用状況、フィードバックなどが含まれます。個々の画面操作を逐一追跡するものではありません。 　　具体的には、学習の節目（クイズ・症例・復習の開始と完了、図鑑の所見を開いたこと、学習機能を開いたこと）、教材ごとの利用状況（どの問題が表示され正誤がどうだったか、症例のどの段階まで進んだか）、およびその日付・アプリのバージョン・OSの種類・問題数や正答数といった少量の数値です。 　　解答の内容そのもの（どの選択肢を選んだか）は記録しません。 　　これらには、その1回の学習をまとめるための使い捨ての番号を添えます。この番号は端末にも保存されず、画面を離れれば失われます。 　・職種の区分：オンボーディングで選択いただいた区分（医学生・初期研修医・後期研修医・指導医・看護師・その他）を添えます。新たにお伺いすることはなく、所属先（病院名・大学名）や氏名は記録しません。 　・匿名ID：上記を数えるために、初回起動時にお使いの端末内で生成した匿名のIDを用います。アカウントや端末の識別子とは結び付いておらず、このIDから個人を特定することはできません。アプリを削除すると失われます。 　・クイズの評価：クイズの解説画面にある「この問題、どうだった？」は任意です。押していただいた場合のみ、どの問題への評価かを示す値（設問の内容から計算した文字列）と、よくない評価の場合は選択いただいた理由（5つの選択肢のいずれか）を匿名で記録します。自由記載の入力欄はありません。 　・症例の評価：症例のスコア画面にある「この症例、どうだった？」も任意です。押していただいた場合のみ、症例のID（例：case_018）と、よくない評価の場合は選択いただいた理由（実臨床らしさ・所見と診断のつながり・難易度・解説の4つの選択肢のいずれか）を匿名で記録します。自由記載の入力欄はありません。 　・「明日の診察で使えそう？」：クイズの結果画面にまれに（最短でも7日に1回）表示される任意の2択です。押していただいた場合のみ、その回答と日付を匿名で記録します。自由記載の入力欄はありません。 　・サーバーに送るのは上記だけです。氏名・メールアドレス・端末識別子などの個人を特定する情報は含まず、特定の個人と結び付けられません。設定画面の「匿名の利用データを改善に役立てる」から、いつでも送信を停止できます。 ・学習記録の同期（任意。設定画面から連携したときだけ） 　・メールアドレス：確認コードをお送りし、アカウントを識別するためにお預かりします。パスワードは扱いません（メールに届く確認コードのみで本人確認します）。 　・学習記録そのもの：学習日、症例の成績・挑戦回数、カテゴリ統計、復習の予定（SM-2）、栞、診た経験、経験値・レベル、クイズの累積成績、解除した実績、お名前（ニックネーム）と役職、1日の目標、連続記録。端末とクラウドの記録を合体し、他の端末でも同じ記録を見られるようにするために保管します。 　・端末を区別するための番号：どの端末ぶんの数値かを見分けるために、端末内で作った乱数を添えます。個人を識別する情報は含みません。 　・送信のタイミング：確認コードが通っただけでは1件も送りません。合体の内訳を画面でご確認いただき、「合体する」を押したときにはじめて送信します。連携しなければ、学習記録は端末の外に出ません。 　・匿名の利用データとは別の仕組みです。上記の匿名IDとアカウントを結び付けることはせず、突き合わせも行いません。 　・いつでもやめられます。設定画面から「同期を解除する」（クラウドの控えを残すか消すかを選べます）、または「同期アカウントを削除する」（アカウントごと削除）を選べます（第5項）。 ・AIチャット機能 　・あなたが入力した質問文は、回答を生成するためAIサービス（Groq）に送信されます。患者情報や個人の医療情報など、機微な個人情報は入力しないでください。 ・写真ライブラリ 　・診察所見の画像を保存する目的でのみアクセスします（保存のみ。写真の読み取りや外部送信は行いません）。 ・通知 　・学習リマインダーはお使いの端末内で生成・表示されます。外部への送信は行いません。 3. 取得しない情報 本アプリは、位置情報、連絡先、広告ID（IDFA）を取得しません。第三者の広告は一切表示せず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトでのあなたの行動と結び付けること（トラッキング）も行いません。 また、以下も取得しません。 ・氏名（ニックネームはお使いの端末内にのみ保存します） ・パスワード（同期の本人確認はメールに届く確認コードのみで行います） ・メールアドレス（学習記録の同期を使う場合にかぎりお預かりします。使わない場合は取得しません） ・所属先（病院名・大学名） ・自由記載のテキスト（クイズ・症例の評価理由は、あらかじめ用意した選択肢からの選択のみです） ・個々の画面操作を逐一たどる記録（記録するのは上記の学習機能の利用状況のみです） 学習の記録の送信先は本アプリのデータベース（Supabase）のみで、第三者の解析サービス（Google Analytics、Firebase、Amplitude 等）は一切使用していません。 4. 第三者サービス 本アプリは以下の外部サービスを利用します。各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。 ・Supabase … データの保管（匿名の学習ログ、および同期を使う場合の学習記録とアカウント）と、確認コードのメール送信 ・Groq … AIチャットの回答生成 ・Google / YouTube … 関連動画情報の取得 ・Expo / EAS … アプリの配信・更新 5. データの保持と削除 端末内に保存された情報は、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。 サーバー上の匿名の学習記録は、13ヶ月を経過したものから順に削除します。クイズの評価は問題改善の履歴として残しますが、同じく13ヶ月で匿名IDを切り離します。 匿名IDはお使いの端末内にのみ存在するため、アプリを削除すると、その記録を後から特定する手段は残りません。この性質上、送信済みの記録について個別の削除請求へ対応できない場合があります。あらかじめご了承ください。学習の記録の送信は、設定画面からいつでも停止できます。 同期アカウントの削除：学習記録の同期を連携している場合は、アプリ内の「設定 → 学習記録の同期 → 同期アカウントを削除する」から、ご自身でアカウントを削除できます。削除すると、アカウント（メールアドレス）とクラウドに預けた学習記録の控え、ログイン中のセッションが直ちに削除され、元に戻せません。お使いの端末に入っている学習記録は残り、削除後もログインなしでこれまでどおりご利用いただけます（端末内のデータを消したい場合は「設定 → データ管理 → 学習データをリセット」、またはアプリの削除をご利用ください）。アプリをお使いになれない場合は、登録済みのメールアドレスから hirashima0126@hotmail.com へ削除をご依頼ください。削除の手順は次のページにもまとめています： https://lozvhfzeufdddpdtixqs.supabase.co/storage/v1/object/public/public-pages/account-deletion.txt ご要望・ご質問は上記の連絡先までお問い合わせください。 6. お子さまの利用について 本アプリは医療従事者・医学生を対象とした教育アプリであり、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。 7. 医療に関する免責 本アプリは教育目的の情報を提供するものであり、診断・治療を目的とするものではありません。実際の診療判断は、必ず一次資料および専門家にご確認ください。 8. ポリシーの変更 本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内またはストア掲載ページでお知らせします。 9. お問い合わせ 本ポリシーに関するご質問は hirashima0126@hotmail.com までご連絡ください。 英語版は以下に続きます。 / The English version follows. Introduction "ひらっしーのPhysical Club Dojo" (the "App") is an educational app for learning physical examination. This policy explains what information the App handles and why. The App can be used without account registration or login. Only if you want to carry your learning records across several devices, you may use the optional email-based account link (learning-record sync). The choice is yours, and no account is created unless you link one. 2. Information We Collect and Store • Stored only on your device (never transmitted) 　◦ Your display name (nickname), learning preferences, and progress such as XP and streaks. 　◦ Your bookmarks and your review schedule (which findings are due next). 　◦ These remain on your device and are erased when you delete the App. • Sent to our server (anonymous) 　◦ Learning records. We anonymously record how the App's learning features are used, to the extent needed to improve the service. This covers the starting and completing of quizzes and case studies, how learning content is used, and feedback. It is not a step-by-step trace of your individual screen interactions. Concretely: learning milestones (starting and completing quizzes, cases, and review sessions; opening an entry in the atlas; opening a learning feature), per-item usage (which question was shown and whether the answer was correct; how far through a case you progressed), and the date, the app version, the OS type, and a small number of figures such as the number of questions and correct answers. We do not record the answer itself (which option you chose). These carry a disposable number used only to group one learning session together; it is never stored on your device and is lost when you leave the screen. 　◦ Professional category. We attach the category you selected during onboarding (medical student, junior resident, senior resident, attending physician, nurse, or other). We do not ask you anything additional, and we do not record your institution (hospital or university name) or your name. 　◦ Anonymous ID. To count the above, we use an anonymous ID generated on your device when you first launch the App. It is not linked to any account or device identifier, and you cannot be identified from it. It is lost when you delete the App. 　◦ Quiz ratings. The "How was this question?" prompt shown with each explanation is optional. Only if you tap it do we record a value identifying which question was rated (a string computed from the question's contents) and, for a negative rating, the reason you selected from five fixed options. There is no free-text field. 　◦ Case ratings. The "How was this case?" prompt on a case's score screen is likewise optional. Only if you tap it do we record the case ID (for example, case_018) and, for a negative rating, the reason you selected from four fixed options (clinical realism, the link between findings and diagnosis, difficulty, explanation). There is no free-text field. 　◦ "Could you use this tomorrow?" An optional two-choice prompt shown infrequently (at most once every seven days) on the quiz results screen. Only if you tap it do we record your answer and the date. There is no free-text field. 　◦ The above is all we send to our server. It contains no personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or a device identifier, and none of it is linked to any individual. You can stop this transmission at any time from the Settings screen ("匿名の利用データを改善に役立てる" / "Help improve the app with anonymous usage data"). • Learning-record sync (optional; only if you link an account from Settings) 　◦ Email address. We hold it in order to send you a verification code and to identify your account. We never handle passwords - identity is confirmed solely by the code sent to your email. 　◦ The learning records themselves: study days, case results and attempts, category statistics, review schedule (SM-2), bookmarks, examination experience, XP and level, cumulative quiz results, unlocked achievements, your display name (nickname) and role, daily goal, and streaks. These are stored so that the records on your device and in the cloud can be merged and seen on your other devices. 　◦ A number that distinguishes devices. A random value generated on your device is attached so we can tell which device a figure came from. It contains nothing that identifies you. 　◦ When data is sent. Nothing is sent merely because a verification code was accepted. We first show you what the merge would look like; data is sent only when you tap "merge". If you do not link an account, your learning records never leave your device. 　◦ This is separate from the anonymous usage data. The anonymous ID above is never linked to, or cross-referenced with, your account. 　◦ You can stop at any time. From Settings you can unlink (choosing whether to keep or erase the cloud copy) or delete your sync account entirely (see Section 5). • AI chat feature 　◦ The questions you type are sent to an AI service (Groq) to generate responses. Please do not enter sensitive personal information, including patient data or personal medical information. • Photo library 　◦ Accessed only to save examination images to your device (save only; we do not read or transmit your photos). • Notifications 　◦ Study reminders are generated and shown locally on your device and are not transmitted externally. 3. Information We Do NOT Collect The App does not collect location, contacts, or advertising identifiers (IDFA). It shows no third-party advertising, and it does not link your activity to your behavior in other companies' apps or websites (tracking). We also do not collect: • Your name (your nickname is stored only on your device) • Passwords (sync identity is confirmed solely by a code sent to your email) • Your email address - held only if you use learning-record sync; not collected otherwise • Your institution (hospital or university name) • Free-text input (quiz and case rating reasons are chosen from fixed options) • A step-by-step trace of your individual screen interactions (we record only the learning-feature usage described above) Learning records are sent only to this App's own database (Supabase). We do not use any third-party analytics service (Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude, or similar). 4. Third-Party Services The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy: • Supabase … data storage (anonymous learning logs, and, if you use sync, your learning records and account) and delivery of verification-code emails • Groq … AI chat response generation • Google / YouTube … retrieving related video information • Expo / EAS … app delivery and updates 5. Data Retention and Deletion On-device data is removed when you uninstall the App. Anonymous learning records stored on our server are deleted once they are more than 13 months old. Quiz ratings are retained as a record of content improvements, but their anonymous ID is likewise detached after 13 months. Because the anonymous ID exists only on your device, once you delete the App there is no way for us to identify your past records. For this reason we may be unable to honor individual deletion requests for records already transmitted. Transmission of learning records can be stopped at any time from the Settings screen. Deleting your sync account. If you have linked an account, you can delete it yourself from the App: Settings -> Learning-record sync -> "Delete sync account". Deletion immediately and irreversibly removes your account (email address), the cloud copy of your learning records, and your active sessions. The learning records on your device remain, and you can keep using the App without logging in (to erase on-device data, use Settings -> Data management -> Reset learning data, or delete the App).
